I called up Host Excellence to talk about a problem I was having with my web page and never have I received such bad customer service. They need to be more polite and not customers who are trying to ask questions. I am a bit of a newbie when setting up a website so i have a lot of un-answered questions that need to be answered and I don't think being rushed while asking those questions is going to solve my problems. Also, the servers could be little faster.
