Lacking in security prevention --> lost business as the result of them not being able to locate the problem within 72 hours of the virus had attacked the website, and hten brought down the website over night. Several clients are not refusing to log back into the website, in fear of being plaqued with another severe virus. How can a website owner re-gain their crediblity after such an occurance? I heard Blue Host is good, will be shopping for a new website hosting provider. Websites should never, never, never have a virus for more than 12 hours, once a client has been the victim of a virus found on YOUR website, they won't return, and they won't tell others how great the website is, that is certain. *sighs* Time for some serious recovery planning, may take three to six months (of hard work) to regain the trust of the 800 odd members. Work harder to provide SECURITY PREVENTION and DETECTION, then work on PROMPT support BEFORE the website members loose their TRUST in the websites YOU HOST -- this is not just business, it is our LIVES. -- A very sad customer.
