I have been with Aplus for about 6+ years. They were great until the past year or so. I almost have no problems w/uptime & emails so they're great for that. However, when it comes to customer service & any billing questions or issues....forget it. I have been charged each month for a service that was canceled a year ago & cannot get them to stop charging me. I can forget about getting any kind of refund at this rate. One of the reasons I went to Aplus from my old hosting company was b/c of the customer service. And that's also why I kept paying the higher price each year, even though all I needed was basic hosting. Every time I call, I'm told I need to speak w/someone else & they keep bouncing me back & forth. Needless to say, I will not be renewing when my contract is up this year. Maybe then I'll finally stop getting charged for a service I don't receive.
