Have had several accounts with Hostexcellence for over 2 years. One very low volume site (235 visits a week) was closed because Hostexcellence said it was causing ColdFusion server overloads. No proof offered. No log files were sent even though requested. This site runs fine on my test server. Hostexcellence insisted the database be changed from Access to MSSQL before they would activate the site again. This was a non-profit site and can't afford to convert to MSSQL. I found every person I contacted totally uncooperative. I will move my other sites off of Hostexcellence too.
