I have 4 sites hosted with webhostingpad, and i have found them to be fantastic. They have a great cpanel with easy to setup sql databases as well as very configurable php and apache settings. They are top-notch don't let those bad reveiws from others steer you away, they obviously write as soon as they have the smallest issue. As an experienced user I can recommend.
