Omnis has gotten bigger over the years that i have been with them. That said they took the initiative to automatically upgrade my account, adding allowable bandwidth, storage and functionality (MySQL databases, additional email accounts and more) without any request from me! Talk about customer retention! I have never hosted with another company and after the outstanding support and service from omnis i am unlikely to ever do so.
