There are a few significant limitations...First off, you can only have 1 MySQL db. Secondly, you cant setup cron jobs yourself, you have to ask them everytime you want to do this. lastly, you cant create additional FTP or admin accounts! If you don't mind these limits, Omnis will work for you.
