I still look at other companies to see if I can get a better deal somewhere else. BUT I simply cannot find one! During the three or more years I have been with HE, I have experienced little to no problems, and any time I have needed help, the customer service has been very helpful! I have used the great chat function as well as tickets and the responses have been quick and really knowledgeable. The only time I needed major help was when I upgraded and changed servers and they were fantastic! My fav part is that HE doesnt try and tie you down, I choose the pay every 3 months option! Easy!
