Awhile back we had an issue with aplus and were experiencing downtime. We called them and it turned out they were screwed over by theeeeeeir provider, aplus was stuck in the middle, getting heat from customers. Aplus has made it right! Moved us to a new datacenter, and refund a months charges, and we are enjoying fast, reliable service once again! Every host has issues theres a million bad reviews for any good one, and it is how a compny reacts it that matters and Aplus did a wonderful job.
