Midphase has many problems with their system. My passwords aren't working along with CPanel, and FTP. On top of that, they went ahead and just decided to switch my account to another server without me being aware of it. THEN, my mail was down for hours when I checked my site and they made me pay for all their mistakes with many important emails missed!
