Their uptime isn't even close to 99.9%. They have a lot of hidden issues internally and lame excuses when they can't provide quality services that they claim they have. Servers are always going down and then not providing any type of notification of what is going on with accounts, keepin all of us in the dark. I have a business to run! What about me?
