We had a good run with Godaddy, but have recently been forced to change. While Godaddy offers a fair budget hosting service with good uptimes, our problems lay with their inability to deal with blacklisting and their own security policies as applied to their mail servers. As fewer and fewer of our clients were able to reach us (while spam succeeded) we finally looked at the entire package and decided to pull our entire package of hosted accts and email to a dedicated server at slicenet for $240.year..just a little more than we were paying, not counting IT work. Their user interface is cluttered and mostly dedicated to advertising their products. Our new IT Director says it's about the worst he's seen. As a user you learn to navigate around it. Support is extremely courteous and helpful but not always informed. They are definitely an honest group and will refund if payment mistakes are made.
