Well I've been with hostmonster for over a year and it was great at first. Customer Support is fast and for the most part knowledgeable...unless you get hacked My sites have been hacked 3 times in the last couple months. Even after making all of the suggestions they still get hacked. I was concerned when they couldn't tell me how the hacker was able to get in (didn't have that issue with a prior host). The prior host was able to give me logs and ip addresses of the hacker who got into my account. Well i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and stayed well I just got hacked again today and found out my designer was working on another of his clients that got hacked also..same host...same hacker....hmmmmm. In addition I found another person in the forums that got the same hack...from hostmonster. Lends me to think that it's not me...it's them. Im switching...
