We have been with Netfirms for 3 years. My main complaint with them is their customer service is terrible, and they have unannounced outages on a regular basis. I can never get an answer on how long the outage will be, or why it happened in the first place. If I log a customer support ticket, they answer it about 3 days later, when the problem has been resolved, just saying, "Hey, we don't see any problem, please try again.". This week they announced an outage for migration the night before it happened, and it has been over 12 hours and our website is still down. I have not moved from them in the past because it is a lot of trouble to do so, but I am tired of giving them second chances.
