I used to love Netfirms and have hosted other sites with them. Since I've started my new business blog in April it has been nothing but a nightmare. I am down already 2 hrs. I just got off the phone with their technical support (AGAIN!) and they told me that if I wanted better services I should upgrade. All I was doing was trying to configure my shopping cart and it consistently shuts me down. For an hour each time. I feel ripped off, lied to, and manipulated to try to squeeze more money for a package that isn't suited to my needs. I will NEVER EVER again use Netfirms. Their customer service stinks. Their reliability is absolutely abhorrent. I have been working in technical support for over 10 year. If i used excuses like they have I would have been FIRED! Do NOT use Netfirms, unless you want to simply have a website of your family camping. Absolute garbage.
