Value for the money is good. You can't be the cheapest and have all the features that Startlogic has. When I can get through on tech support it has been good, but many times lengthy holds over 20 minutes. Uptime is DEFINITELY not 99.9% I have had e-mail down for over 4 days once. Many time the hosting service has been down for hours at a time with no warning. E-mails have been lost. Probably one of the top hosting services though.
