If you like wasting time on the phone waiting for a rep, then you can get decent support. However, they offer email support but the funny (funny as in deceptive) thing is, they NEVER reply to an email support request. Ever. Their control panel is severely limited, as is the control they give you over your own site. What's more, they use antiquated versions of PHP, MySQL and Wordpress. I would not recommend this hosting company to anyone.
