I've been client at newista for about 4 years. The original founder did extremely well, and I was very satisfied. After the take over by globat things started to worsen very quickly. I think the number going down in hosted domains shows the declination of the company. After attending a security seminar I thought let's test out some stuff and in the whois directory, in the search pane, I found all kinds of hidden stuff like cracks and other warez which probably placed by crackers. I've been trying to get access to the hosting account about 9 months for the backoffice, with 6 tickets and promises over the mail for access, the entry keeps on showing an error and the most embarrasing moment was a customer supporter actually asking full credit card numbers for validation....hmmm..I have some serious doubts about this 'self made' CEO at globat.com. As international laws are too complex I can't sue which I would do otherwise, all the other things I hope is economic righteousness to happen to his company which simply ends these shameful operations.
