I am new to JustHost, but so far I am impressed. I work in information Technology, and have for over 15 years, just never in web design / hosting. To that end, I have extremely high standards and expectations. I chose JustHost only a few days ago, but during the implementation of my web site, I did need to reach out to them on a couple isses. It is important to note that the issues I experienced were on my end and how iWEB on my MAC publishes up via FTP. Regardless, the support team got back to me within about 30 minutes, as I had submitted my issue via email, and followed through to resolve on both issues. I then, this morning, chose to use the "Chat" feature as I had a couple questions and once again it was an excellent epperience. Even though I have only have only been using JustHost for 4 days, I am so far VERY imppressed on all fronts!
