I have been with Fatcow for 4 years now and I am a reseller (or was). I have several websites with them. Their servers have had MANY downtime issues for a company that is supposed to be UP 90% of the time. I moved over to Rackspace Cloud servers 4 months ago and am migrating all my customers over. Fatcow has real potential if they ever get their downtime bugs worked out. One of my clients is a medial office that cannot afford to lose email for hours at a time (that has happened with Fatcow). As much as I would like to I cannot recommed this company.
