My beef with Midphase is they offer unlimited bandwidth but this is not true. When my webpage got a link from digit.com the bandwidth peaked and since my data is on a shared server it effected the performance of 'the others'. Midphase threw my website offline without communicating this with me. After a few days and several phonecalls by me, the put it online again. This was 2 years ago. These days (July 2009) I find my pages loading much slower, sometimes timing out. Midphase Support has no satisfying clarification for this to me (they point to others, not their fault). Am considering moving on, to another Webhost.
