I am an IT manager for a company that does $48 million in revenue annually. I have had no problem with the tech support or website hosting. What is bad is their email policy. I had to change email hosts because not all emails were coming through. They black list large blocks of IP addresses when spam is detected without regard as to who the other IP addresses belong to. We lost to much business because of this. I would recommend as a website host but not for email.
