I am in the process of moving my site from Mid Phase as I write this review. I hope that it keeps others from the horrible experience that I have endured. Shared Server Customer support is very slow and the issues I experienced such as reverse DNS issues, email issues, errors on the server have taken as long as 6 months to resolve. There was a site hosted on the same server as mine that caused the entire server to be blacklisted which took over a week to get resolved. Mid Phase was unaware of this until I contacted them when I was trying to resolve an email issues that they were supposed to fix. Most of the technicians have foreign names that I cannot pronounce which leads me to believe that most of the support personnel are working for an outsourcing company. I have gotten so frustrated sometimes to the point of shutting my sites down, but haven't due to the adverse affects this would have on my clients. I have called several times and no on answered the phone. The customer support supervisors will not return telephone calls nor will they accept them. The techs do not seem to be very knowledgeable about the issues that I experienced with Mid Phase. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
