I used to reccommended dot5 to MANY clients. BUT NO MORE. Their support has gone down the tubes, and their email is down CONSTANTLY. They NEVER call you back when they promise to, and they NEVER respond to email. Phone call hold times are always over 1/2 hour, and nothing EVER gets resolved. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! I am switching all my clients to 1and1 immediately.
