Review: When support tickets were submitted, an e-mail with the username AND password were sent back with the submitted problem and a 'suuport will be in tough' message. Review: i appreciate the dot5 is always trying to add more services and features - i feel like i'm always on track! For example - just a while ago i was thinking about switching form dot to another hosting service, one that offered unlimited disk space and bandwidth. Review: I used to reccommended dot5 to MANY clients. BUT NO MORE. Their support has gone down the tubes, and their email is down CONSTANTLY. They NEVER call you back when they promise to, and they NEVER respond to email. Phone call hold times are always over 1/2 hour, and nothing EVER gets resolved. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
