Review: This company gives top-notch support, either by phone, online chat or e-mail. Their uptime has consistently been 100%. I've moved all of my clients' sites to HostGator. By the way, they are no longer in Boca Raton,Florida, they are in the Houston, Texas area, and their servers NEVER went down, even when that area was devastated by hurricanes. Review: I would recommend HostGator for those with small starter websites. I have owned and ran a business off of mine, and I wouldn't recommend it. I haven't tried a dedicated hosting server with them, so my opinions are based on the best of their shared host plans.
