Review: I was with 1and1 and Godaddy before I found hostgator. Its the difference betweeen a Corvette and a Chevette. Host Gator is ALWAYS responsive. When I first signed up I flooded them with tickets to see if they would respond well (since my past experiences were awful) they corrected them all and gave me excellent advice. Review: The only major complaint that Ive got is that their tech support department is awful. I had a php script that was using too many filehandles and i got suspended!!! my account was pending investigation and then they told me to investigate the issue and get back to them. I got back to them in 10 min and they then took 10 hours to respond! I make money from my site and this was not acceptable....Read full customer review
Review: The HG server offers max accessing speed. Transfering data through FTP also is a faster process. With unltd bandwidth the site has remained up all the time. A perfect backup of data is also maintained. My site has undoubtedly recieved more hits with this host and never sees downtime. VERY reliable....Read full customer review

Review: I am running three websites and both work perfectly. The cpanel is simple and easy to use. There are also many other great features like PHP support, mySQL, email, webmail, SSI, CGI, you name it they got it! Review: HostGator's cpanel is way way ahead of my last host. It is a very useful cpanel. I mostly like the Awstats. It not only gives you all kinds of traffic statistics for your site, but it shows 404 link errors and other such errors. Even adding subdomains etc. is done quickly and easily. Review: This company gives top-notch support, either by phone, online chat or e-mail. Their uptime has consistently been 100%. I've moved all of my clients' sites to HostGator. By the way, they are no longer in Boca Raton,Florida, they are in the Houston, Texas area, and their servers NEVER went down, even when that area was devastated by hurricanes.
