Review: I tried to cancel my hosting with them and they never answered my emails. They claimed because I had a '.fr' extension, my emails didn't reach them (maybe went to spam, not sure). But they emailed me at that address. Review: I have been a customer of WestHost for 5+ years. Their hosting packages are packed with many features and are VERY reasonably priced. They've always notified me about a week ahead of time when they are doing maintenance and the down time is about 10 minutes. Review: I signed up for the beta upgrade, and i think they messed up my acct info so now they claim that Im using over 150% of my diskspace capacity and overloadign when I am only using 50%! i know this i mean i only have a few small doamins with lke 1% of the traffic allowance...they keep sending emails saying i will be suspended! Review: Nothing but good things to say about west, they always notify of downtime at least 1 week in advance, never more then 10 minutes of downtime ever, and oh, what is this? they are SMART and do it at 3am as opposed to in the peak periods like SOME other hosts! I required hosting that gave me control of the server, php, python, java, ect. I would recommend westhost in a heartbeat...Read full customer review

Review: Every host has downtime, of course, it is unavoidable. However, WestHost has to learn to better notify their customers when services are being interupted or sites are going down. I use my site for email forwarding and a business domain, so its very important that i dont miss important emails! Just a tip west....Read full customer review
