Heart Internet offers three hosting packages, all including a hefty amount of disk space, bandwidth and 24/7/375 customer support. The Starter Pro is a low-priced beginner option, great for new web developers looking to find their way around website building and management. A step up may be in order soon – the Home Pro package offers many more features (such as databases and additional FTP accounts) which will come in handy for most web users.
Overall, though, you'll find Heart Internet offers more, and more innovative, features than most other European web hosts. For reliability and the sheer pride in knowing you'll always be on the cutting edge of hosting, Heart Internet is a superb option.
Reliability
Heart Internet's data centre is fully equipped to deal with emergencies. Redundant diesel-powered generators, advanced fire suppression and cooling mechanisms, locked server cabinets and external and internal monitoring ensure your site will stay up and running at all time.
