In Lunarpages' Los Angeles-based datacenter, you'll find your choice of CentOS Linux- or Microsoft Windows.NET Server 2003-run DellT PowerEdge 2850 server with either Intel Celeron, Pentium or Dual Xeon processors and 4 GB memory, connected to a 2,000 Mbit fiber network with direct connection to more than 150 carriers, including: AOL/TimeWarner and Cable & Wireless, Global Crossing, Mzima Networks, Japan Telecom, Level3, SBC, Sawis, AT&T, Microsoft/MSN, Hurricane Electric, and NTT/Verio.
Server Plans
All dedicated plans include three IP addresses with additional addresses and clustered, load balanced servers available plus SSH, MySQL databases, and e-Commerce tools. An SSL certificate can be purchased and installed for $24.95.
Power Management
Lunarpages dedicated utilizes dual redundant power sources as well as gas-powered backup generators and a big enough supply of fuel suitable for sustaining the entire data center for a full 72 hours.
