Data Center
Your Server Pronto Dedicated server will be housed in a concrete reinforced, cement block colocation facility with redundant local power feeds, Generator and UPS power backup, FM-200 Fike Cheetah fire suppression system, and Liebert Air Handlers. The facility is protected by multiple stage entry points, as well as video, and security personnel.
Connection
All ServerPronto customers are connected via their own 100Mbps cross connection to Infolink's switches which have redundant Tier-One backbone connections.
Server Access by Customer
Physical access: by ServerPronto technicians Root access: the customer has complete root access control over the server. ServerPronto does not even maintain access.
Control Panels and Extended Offering
While WebMin control panel is free for ServerPronto customers, others are available: Plesk ($40 per month), and cPanel ($40 per month).
Contracts
There are no contracts, but Server Pronto Dedicated dedicated hosting requires 30 days' written notice for cancellation.
Service Offerings
ServerPronto offers support 24/7 via an email ticket system. Voice support packages are also available at an additional cost. Remote reboots are free; a physical reboot costs a small free.
