The HostMySite.com datacenter boasts a network with redundant Tier 1 multiple gigabit Ethernet and OC 3 fiber connections, HSRP Cisco-powered routers, diverse fiber paths, and hardware failover.
Power Management
Uninterrupted power is ensured by the use of central Powerware UPS, K-rated transformers, and diesel backup generators.
Physical Security
The facilities and your equipment and data are protected by video surveillance and restricted key-card access.
Server Access by Customer
Physical Access: Restricted key card access only
Root Access: Root access is provided to the customer only

General Managed Services - Bundles
User-created, a la carte plans like those offered by HostMySite.com can appear to cost more as you pay for each element (hard drive, storage, processor) separately, but in reality you're actually saving money by going this route. Since you get to pick and choose only the components and capacity that you'll actually use, you get the most bang out of each buck you spend this way.
Choose from:
• Intel Celeron, Pentium, or Xeon processors
• 256 MB - 48 GB memory (or more)
• SATA 80400 GB or SAS 36-300 GB hard drive(s)
• 1-6 standard, RAID 1 or RAID 5 drives
• Linux or Windows operating system
• And other options (ie. managed backup, databases, email, remote monitoring, anti-virus, anti-spam, firewall, software, etc.)
Then add such useful features as SmarterMail, SmarterStats, databases (MySQL, MS SQL, Access), a choice of control panel (cPanel, Plesk, or Ensim), RAID arrays, monthly security patches, load balancing, firewalls, or a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Security and Updates
All dedicated server customers receive around-the-clock automated monitoring and live monitoring by dedicated server engineers.
That means HostMySite.com will keep strict tabs on your server, firewalls, routers, switches, and connectivity, and in doing so, block viruses and spam, detect attempts at intrusion, and safeguard the overall health of your server. With all of this information available at your fingertips, you are empowered to make the necessary adjustments to your server's configuration and the allocation of costs in your website's budget to achieve maximum performance and minimal risk. Backup Services
HostMySite.com dedicated customers get 2 GB backup storage with additional backup storage available for a $25 setup fee and $20 per 10 GB. Daily managed backups are also offered for an added fee.
