Editors' Comments
NDCHost has been in the web hosting business since 1999, making this company one of the founding fathers of web hosting. The company offers a full array of web hosting services including shared hosting, virtual private servers, dedicated servers and the unique program of "Semi-dedicated" servers. If you are looking for a dedicated server solution with a 100% reliability guarantee or your money back, then NDCHost may be the host for you. A growing client base and a very good reputation for support keep NDCHost on top of the heap of dedicated hosting providers.

Uptime Guarantee
NDCHost promotes 100% network access availability, power availability and hardware availability. If NDCHost fails to meet these 100% requirements, they will pro-rate your account with the charges for failing to meet the above guarantee. For example, for every hour (or fraction) of downtime in network access or power availability, NDCHost will prorate your account for 2 hours of your monthly charges. For leased hardware availability for each unscheduled downtime, NDCHost will prorate the charges on your account for one calendar day for that outage.

Customer Testimonials
I know that in the support world, you hear about a lot of problems. This is just a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate all of your help and advice. This week was the first "real" load test of the new server and things are running very well. We have made over 4000 parent/teacher conferences over the last 2 days and did not have 1 glitch! Thanks for everything you do for us; I am glad we are doing business with you.
-John Fojtek, Canyon Creek Software Server

Just wanted to write in to let everyone know how much we appreciate the great support that NDCHost has given us. Whenever we fill out a support ticket for an issue, the response time is great and the support concerning the issue has been handled. It is great to know that we are in business with a company who has this kind of support team behind them. Thank you for the great support.
