Resource Guarantees: Includes CPU, disk space and network guarantees. Guarantees on memory - user and kernel, physical and virtual . Guarantees on disk I/O and many other critical resources (over 20).
Performance Isolation: Heavy traffic and CPU load on one Private Server will not have a negative effect on the other Private Servers.
Functional Isolation: Each Private Server has its own set of applications and services.
Fault Isolation: Errors created on Private Server will not affect other Private Servers. For example, a bad CGI script can crash a server, but with Ensim's fault isolation, only the Private Server with the script will be affected.
Address Isolation: Each Private Server has its own set of IP addresses.

DataCenter
At CCC Communications, WebIntellects' chosen datacenter, your VPS will run on a minimum of 2 3.0 GHz Xeon processor with 8 GB RAM, Apache 2 and CentOS 4 installed, and direct fiber connections to multiple Tier 1 providers. They utilize PathControl by RouteScience to maximize the speed of all your sites' activity.
The environment is protected by 180-ton closed-loop chiller systems designed specifically for data centers. Computer Room Air Conditioning Units circulate throughout the floor. Critical airflows are constantly monitored for temperature, humidity, and hydrogen content. A "Triple-Lock Pre-Action" fire detection and suppression system, including multiple VESDA (Very Early Warning Aspirating Smoke Detection) systems monitors the facilities for potential smoke and fire danger and squelch it before it starts.
Power Management
The datacenter houses a total of 1 megawatt of redundant UPS power, all on 4000 AMP, 480-volt electrical feeds with automated switching between the two independent transformers on the premises. As if that weren't enough, they also have a 2,400, 48-volt DC Telco positive ground power plant and distribution system. And that's just for main power. Backup power is provided by a 2 megawatt diesel generator with a 3,500 gallon supply of fuel, and another 1 megawatt "paralyzing" UPS system with redundant master and emergency system busses. Early warning and overload protection is provided by routing the UPS power into redundant power distribution units and then into remote power panels monitored down to the circuit breakers' level.
Physical Security
WebIntellects and its partners have a keen eye on security with biometric hand scanners, hi-res motion detecting video surveillance equipment, and onsite security personnel. Electronic card keys track all entrants' movement throughout the facility. Meet-Me and POP facilities can only be entered with an escort. On-site and off-site alarm systems provide even greater protection. Entry is conducted with the strictest possible security protocols.
