Even if cPanel hosting is not available through your web host, your database website hosting provider will no doubt provide a control panel with a similar set-up.

Most web sites use a basic database to manage their content. In the vast majority of cases, choosing a database host that is also a shared hosting service should provide enough disk space and bandwidth to meet your needs.

However, if you are running a major ecommerce site or a website with extremely large or multiple databases, you may want to look into a virtual private server or even your own dedicated server. You might want to check with your database website hosting provider for your options.
