I signed up yesterday and I had some billing issues because I got charged for extras that I didn't want, called customer service and they promised to get it fixed within 24 hours, which is understandable, but this morning I woke up to check my bank account and not only has my billing issue not resolved, I was charged twice for my hosting! I immediately talked to their billing and I was told that my issue will be resolved in 2 hours, so I waited and checked my account history on their site and not only has my issue not been resolved but they were planning to charge me again next year with the same issue. I just canceled with them and is expecting a full refund, and they promised me a confirmation email and I never got it, so I am worried that they will simply cancel my account without giving me the full refund they promised.
