We are a reseller and suffer random downtime. Support is always pleasant, slow to respond and has no helpful advise or feedback as to why the system is unreliable. Email server too busy to respond 1-2% of the time, which doesn't sound much, but is very annoying when you think an email has sent, but the UK2 server says it's too busy to respond. (Again no action to remedy this despite lots of evidence being given to UK2) Uptime guarantee is nonsense.
