Cancelled my account. Got email confirmation. It was renewed anyway a month later (have all the emails indicating the sequence). Tried to clear it up with a live rep. After 20 minutes got the cryptic and unsatisfying answer that the account would be cancelled NEXT november and any refund would happen then. The right answer should have been something like "…we're very sorry, these things happen. We'll cancel now and refund back to your original confirmation date, and hope you'll come back to ipage…". It makes me wonder whether the original mistake was a mistake after all. I won't return or recommend.
